Employment Opportunity: Production Associate
Established in 1960, DIFCO is a family-owned business operating with Christian values and principles specializing in high-volume zinc electroplating on steel parts along with an assortment of other finishing processes. DIFCO has an environmentally-compliant 65,000 square foot facility employing about 75 people running 24 hours per day 4 to 6 days per week. DIFCO is ISO 9001:2015 certified. DIFCO’s factory equipment requires anywhere from 1 to 7 Production Associates to operate.
DIFCO is seeking self-motivated, reliable, hardworking, hands-on Plant-Floor Production Associates.
Job Description
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Safety oriented – must wear PPE such as safety glasses and hearing protection
- Work well with others
- Show up to work on time
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Follow instructions from lead operator and supervisor
Job Details:
- Repetitive loading and unloading steel parts
- Visual inspection of parts
- Stacking and packing parts
Compensation and Benefits:
